This cookie policy describes which cookies and similar technologies Axxaes BV ("Decisionmaker") uses on https://decisionmaker.ceo and on the related platform at https://app.decisionmaker.ceo.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on a visitor's device by a website to remember information, such as a language preference or an active session. Similar technologies include localStorage, sessionStorage and pixel tags.
2. Categories of cookies
2.1 Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are required for the basic operation of the site and the platform and cannot be disabled without breaking functionality. They are placed without prior consent, as the law exempts them.
2.2 Functional cookies
Functional cookies remember preferences such as language, region or a dismissed language banner. They make the site more convenient but are not strictly necessary.
2.3 Analytical cookies
Analytical cookies or comparable measurement tools are used to collect aggregated statistics about site usage, such as pages viewed and time on site. Our own visit measurement is first-party and in aggregated or pseudonymised form. We additionally use the third-party analytics tools described below — each is loaded only after you accept analytical cookies.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregated
traffic (visits, pages, referrers). Google Analytics and its
_ga cookies are loaded only after you accept
analytical cookies (Google Consent Mode stays denied until
then); if you decline, no Google Analytics script is loaded and no
_ga cookie is created.
On the marketing site we also use Microsoft Clarity for anonymised session analytics. Clarity records page views, clicks, scroll behaviour and (optionally) session video to help us understand how visitors use the site. Clarity is loaded only after you accept analytical cookies; if you decline, no Clarity script is loaded and no recording happens. Sessions are retained by Microsoft for up to 30 days and are not used for advertising profiling. Clarity is not active on the signed-in product surface.
2.4 Marketing and tracking cookies
The Decisionmaker website does not set third-party marketing or advertising tracking cookies. Should this change in the future, this policy will be updated in advance and prior consent will be requested via a cookie banner.
